@ 6:30 Potluck with ross brubeck, National Peace Walker

Homewood Friends are hosting ross brubeck who is engaging in a National Peace Walk.  ross was part of the Quaker Walk to Washington that Homewood hosted last year.  He is engaging in a walk of indefinite length beginning in late Spring 2026, departing from Brooklyn, NY and heading south between yearly meetings along the original Walk to Washington route. The journey will continue to Richmond, VA before turning to visit Friends along the western edge of the state into North Carolina. His motivation is to take a worshipful path to visit Friends and aligned communities in order to continue the work of envisioning a peaceful world.

Please Join Us for food and fellowship.  Please register for the potluck so we know how many to expect.
Friends are also invited to participate in the walk on 5/29 either from Little Falls Meeting (20 miles) or from Big Gunpowder Falls (Harford Road)- mid-day.  Coordinate plans with Tom Curtin at tctaptg@msn.com
