Please join us for a spirit-led discussion with professor/anthropologist Dr. Sa’ed Atshan. Sa’ed is a Queer Palestinian Quaker who brings his personal experience and scholarly research together to assess intersectional struggles for survival, rights, and dignity in Palestine and around the globe. At our current moment of crisis, as the siege on Gaza continues, escalates, and expands, Sa’ed will speak from his Quakerly silence and will join us in expectant listening for peaceful way to open, and for a vision of humane justice that we can collectively organize for.
